Contest Terms and Conditions
“Red Rope Licorice Giveaway”
No Purchase Necessary.
1. Sponsor
The Red Rope Licorice Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Motormouth Innovations, LLC, located at 2002 Atwood Ave. Ste 210. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms.
2. Eligibility
This Contest is open to anyone who is at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Employees of Motormouth Innovations, LLC, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible to enter. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit a video meeting one of the following requirements:
- A video of their licorice dispenser in action.
- An unboxing video of a licorice dispenser.
Entries must be submitted by email to hello@shopmotormouth.com or via a direct message or tag of our TikTok account https://www.tiktok.com/@shopmotormouth. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.
4. Entry Period
The Contest begins on Dec. 15, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on January 9, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible for the random drawing.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive $75 worth of red rope licorice. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will be held on January 10, 2025, and the winner will be notified via email or social media direct message within 3 days. The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Publicity
By participating in the Contest, entrants grant the Sponsor permission to use submitted videos, names, and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Video Content Guidelines
All video submissions must comply with the following:
- Videos must be original and created by the entrant.
- Videos must not contain offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content.
- Videos must not infringe on the rights of any third party.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not adhere to these guidelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of the prize.
10. Disputes
Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wisconsin.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
12. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Contest.
